Production engineer

We at Brakes India Pvt Ltd, Which we need one Assistant/ Dy Engineer -Production department at Bawal location,

Job description is mentioned below –

 

Experience -

Having at least three 6-9 years’ experience in Production Department.

Qualification –

                Diploma in Mechanical

Job Responsibilities -

1                         Working knowledge of SAP.

2                         Process/ Assembly/Fixtures/ Setting Knowledge

3                         Supervisory Skills

4                         Manpower handling

5                         System Knowledge (Quality, ISO 14001,ISO 45001)

6                         Monitors and controls the assembly operations of the cell by supervising the cell members and ensuring adherence to cell management practices.

7                         Allocates manpower and administers work as per the plan in assembly to meet the production targets.

8                         Prepares and reviews the assembly plan for the day with PPC module (Weekly plan if applicable)

9                         Conducts quality/output checks in the line at defined intervals and take corrective action to mitigate deviations.

10                     Motivates cell members for suggestions/kaizens and implement the same to meet objectives.

11                     Customer Specific Requirements (Ford Q1)

12                     Knowledge of MS Office

13                     Good communication skill in Hindi & English.

 

Salary – CTC -40 K to 47 K
