🔍 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Expertise in #Machining, #Plating & Process Control
✔ Achieve efficiency & rejection control targets
✔ Inspect & measure parts to ensure compliance with specifications
✔ Implement corrective actions using 7 QC Tools
✔ Conduct first-piece inspections & reduce in-house rejections via Kaizen
✔ Manage internal/external customer complaints & maintain ISO/SOP documentation
✔ Work with production teams on FMEA & Control Plans
✔ Train and motivate shop floor workers on quality processes
