Job Description:

We are looking for a Deputy Manager – Talent Acquisition to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should have at least 7 years of hands-on experience in recruitment and the ability to source top talent quickly and efficiently. If you excel in fast-paced hiring environments and can close positions with speed and accuracy, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
 • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
 • Source quality candidates in a jiffy through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
 • Work closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop effective hiring strategies.
 • Ensure fast turnaround times while maintaining hiring quality.
 • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
 • Provide a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
 • Stay updated on market trends and best hiring practices.

Key Requirements:
 • 7+ years of hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in high-volume and niche hiring.
 • Strong expertise in sourcing, screening, and closing positions quickly.
 • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
 • Ability to work under tight deadlines and deliver results.
