1. SQD Specialist – Purchase Department

Position: Dy. Manager

Location: Bhayala Ahmedabad 

 Key Responsibilities:

1)     MSIL VSA

2)     Supplier improvement 

3)     PPAP + APQP Documentation 

4)     Supplier selection audit + PPAP audit

5)     New Product development 

6)     New Part Inspection 

7)     Knowledge of Sheet metal / Rubber /Plastic injection Moulding

8)     Knowledge of Core tools (PPAP +APQP+MSA+SPC+FMEA)

9)     Problem solving methodology (8D)

 

Qualifications:

·        Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.

·        Strong communication and negotiation skills.

·        Ability to work cross-functionally with teams and suppliers.

2. Business Excellence / Operations Excellence / System & Policy Specialist

Position: Dy. Manager/ Sr. Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives across operations to enhance performance and achieve business goals.

Drive the development and implementation of operational systems, processes, and policies.

Lean Manufacturing

VSM

Improve Productivity

OEE

Qualifications:

Diploma/ BE/ B. Tech

Proven experience in business excellence, operations management, or process improvement.

Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational abilities.
