 We have an exciting opportunity in Quality Assurance Department -

 📍 Location- Pune (Talegaon)

 🎓 Education- Diploma (Full Time Only)

 ✍ Experience- 3 to 8 Years

 

 🚙 Position – Quality Assurance Specialist & Control 

     [ Fields- Chassis, Electrical Parts, Powertrain, Engine]

Roles & Responsibilities- 

- Set yearly targets for claim indices (3M, 12M, WM) and monitor daily claims across key systems (PT, Chassis, Electrical). Identify improvement areas, escalate major concerns to management via claim/MD meetings, and address critical field fixes (campaigns/recalls).

- P/T Quality Incharge: Based on HMIL product.

- Chassis Quality Incharge: Steering, Suspension, Brake, Fuel, HVAC, Wheel & Tire.

- Electrical Quality Incharge: Cluster, ECU, Wiring Harness, Horn, ADAS, Switches, Infotainment, SMT Process.

- Perform CAN log analysis for electrical systems.

- Manage customer complaints via QIRs, social media, and other channels. Allocate, track, and ensure timely resolution with regular team reviews.

- Oversee part movement to vendors, track progress, and ensure improvements.
