 Urgent Hiring in Production Department (Neck Band)

**Job Title:** Production Engineer 

**Location:** Noida 

**Qualifications:** 

- Diploma, or B.tech in (Electronics and Communication )

**Experience:** 

- 3 to 5 years of experience in production (Neck Band)

- Experience with Neck band product, ESD, and 6S practices 

**Job Profile:** 

- Maintain UPH (Units Per Hour) and UPPH (Units Per Person Hour) 

- Implement and sustain 6S methodology 

- Ensure adherence to safety standards 

 

**Reporting:** 

- Reports to Production In charge 

**Responsibilities:** 

- Monitor and maintain production efficiency, focusing on UPH and UPPH metrics 

- Implement and enforce 6S practices to ensure a clean, organized, and efficient workspace 

- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols 

- Troubleshoot any production issues and implement corrective actions 

- Coordinate with the production team to optimize workflow and maximize productivity 

- Collaborate with other departments as needed to address production-related concerns 

- Provide regular reports to production management on performance metrics and improvement initiatives 

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve production processes
