Position : Mechanical Engineer

Qualification : B.Tech (Mechanical) only

Experience :  2 to 3 years of experience in the Manufacturing Field.

Location : Gr. Noida

Job Description :

 

-Responsible for making Yield rate of Product & achieve target yield rate.

-Responsible for Improving yield rate of OQC and analyze timely .

-Responsible for assembly line set-up, process standardization and rejection control.

-Lead for running successful operations and execution projects 

-Responsible for the implementation of the New product and conduct trail 

-Conduct detailed analysis and evaluation of existing manufacturing process, identifying area of improvement and recommending appropriate solution

-Perform audits at the production line to ensure compliance to product specification , quality standards and SOP's.

-Analyse product failures during ongoing test/process in production line and identify root cause of failures.

-Making Approval documents , work instruction, CTQ , batch documents, SOP's to ensure the process meets the quality standard .

-Optimize and Improve the Assembly process by using kai-zens , Poke-yoke, Automation

-Monitor improvement through implementation of corrective action.

-Lead cross functional teams in problem solving activities to provide effective issue resolution 

-Have knowledge of reliability testing process and can deal with failure 

-Eliminate all Kinds of wastage by continuous monitoring of all the process.

-Utilize continuous improvement tools and technique including lean, PDCA, Value stream mapping to assesses, Identify, plan,action and drive improvement through to completion.

-Responsible for the Production line training and coaching to execute the process effectively 

Key Skills required:-

-Have experience of the mobile assembly /manufacturing background.

-Proficiency in implementing continuous improvement methodology like six sigma, Lean manufacturing or Total quality Management (TQM) to enhance processes and eliminate defects.

-Strong analytical skills to analyze quality-related data, identify trends, root cause of issues and implement effective corrective and preventive action (CAPA)

-Capability to optimize manufacturing processes to improve quality , reduce variability, and ensure consistency in product output.

-Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams 

-Hand on experience of new product development (NPD) .

-Having skill can do Process Failure Mode Effect Analysis (PFMEA) 

-Having basic knowledge of CAD 

-Good in MS excel and power point .
