Customer Quality engineer

Urgently hiring for the position of Customer Quality Engineer/ Sr. Engineer in the Quality Department

Location: Greater Noida

Experience: 03-05 years

Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech

Salary: up to 50k CTC

Required Skills:-

a). Should handle customer complaints in a good manner.

b). Should be familiar with quality tools (7 QC, 8D & CAPA, etc.)

c). Good knowledge of Injection Quality & and mobile assembly.

d). Able to handle the team & and have good analyzer and problem-solving skills.

e) Be responsible for customer audit & and improvement with closure.

f). Timely visit customer site & verify the problems & and take containment action.

g). Good knowledge of molding & and plastic defects.

h). Should be able to read drawings & familiar with ISO requirements.

i). Should be responsible for internal implementation as per customer requirements.
