Currently we have a opening for the Project manager for the Customer Quality (Field Quality) in Tractor Manufacturing company.

Location: Hoshiarpur Punjab India

Job Description

PMO - Project Management ( Manager level)

1. Managing the Project Management Office for Quality Assurance and Service issue

2. Project manager for Field / Customer issue 

3. ⁠Handling of the customer issue and coordination with different departments for issue resolution 

4. ⁠Maintain the data and tracking the project milestone of service issue / customer issue 

5. ⁠Follow up and coordination with different departments/ stakeholders and sharing the MIS on daily basis 

6. ⁠Making the closure note of service issue.
