We are Urgently Hiriing for following Position based at our Head office Pune.
Sr Executive / Asst Manager - Material Planning
Education Required (MUST UG+PG): B.E./B.Tech. – Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering + MBA - Operations / SCM
Experience - 4 to 6 years
Job Profile :
1. Drive weekly dispatch review meeting with Operations & sales team of different zone.
2. To lead the entire vertical terms of smooth planning, execution control and despatch.
3. To make detail tracker of each machine & track the progress closely.
4. Publishing MIS reports like OTDIF , Weekly and monthly dispatch plan
5. Communication with Customer / Channel partner & MELCO manufacturing units.
6. On time escalation and raising RED flags wherever required.
7. Capacity planning report
8. Make a contingency plan to bridge the Gap of plan Vs Actual
9. Quarterly forecast report
10. Preparation of PSI plan and monitoring the same
11. Publishing the progress with the customer accordingly to weekly schedule
12. Strong coordination & follow up with all CFT member
13. Responsible for material requirement planning and all internal planning related activities thru SAP
14. Approving change notes ( ECN’s) by checking impact on delivery.. Cost & Inventory impact with approval from authority matrix
15. Handling SAP ( PP & MM ) model effectively for carrying all activities for project execution.
16. Tracking on excess plan non moving parts
17. Leading capacity planning ( WUP ) meeting weekly.
18. Gap analysis
19. Knowledge of kaizen OEE, Productivity tool methods,
