Experience: 8 to 13 Yrs (Diploma/BE
Commodity- Engine Proprietary Parts
Commodity: knowledge of basic Engine functioning and Proprietary components like FIE systems (Injector, Turbocharger, Pump, Rail assy), EGR module, EATS system (Supply & dosing module, After treatment system), Throttle valve, High pressure & metal pipes, FEAD system (Chain & tensioner), Turbochargers.
Process development, process audits, quality/problem-solving tools, APQP/PPAP
Basic knowledge of Proprietary components like FIE systems (Injector, Pump, Rail assy), EGR modules, EATS systems (Supply & dosing module, After treatment system), Throttle valve, High pressure & metal pipes, FEAD systems (Chain & tensioner), Turbochargers
Troubleshooting of Proprietary components and drive action at the supplier end
Drive collaboration with suppliers to improve manufacturing processes and deploy processes and tools.
