Location: Pune
Education: Degree/ Diploma in Electronic Engineering.
Experience: 4 to 8 Years in Automotive Domain.
CTC: INR 5- 6LPA.
Job responsibilities:
Strategic:
• Continual Improvement Quality Function
• Enhance Customer satisfaction
• Defect prevention
• Achieve Quality Objective through effective system Implementation (QMS)
Operational :
• Knowledge of Basic safety principles & Adherence at workplace
• Knowledge of Rejection & rework review & Analysis
• To plan & Implement Audit & Adherence ( External & Internal )
• Knowledge to initiate corrective actions in case of product non-conformity.
• Knowledge of Customer complaint handling & its documentation
• To prepare and maintain reports of key quality data
• Knowledge of Poka-yoke ,Kizen
• Knowledge of basic Quality management system (ISO9001,IATF16949;2016)
• Should be able to handle team of dedicated manpower & workmen
• To carry out any other duties given by the reporting manager
• Knowledge of core tools i.e. MSA,SPC,PPAP,PFMEA,CONTROL PLAN
• Knowledge of warranty claim handling.
