We are hiring Production Engineer /Line leader

Job Description- Production Line Leader

1) Preparing work schedules and assigning workers production line tasks.

2) Optimizing production line efficiency by monitoring productivity and quality.

3) To follow the quality standards at production line

4) Performing record keeping tasks, including production line reports, manufacturing order tracking and inventory management

5) To follow the working procedure as per SOP

6) Ensure full adherence to 5S (Sort, Set In Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) practices at all times

7) Ensure that non-conforming material is clearly identified and segregated at production line

😎 Monitor change over and line set up efficiency

9) Perform root cause analysis and problem solving techniques

10) Training and supervising new production line operators

11) Maintaining the safe operational and tidy work environment

Work Experience:

Minimum 3-4 year’s experience of production department

Knowledge and Skills:

UPPH, UPH, 4M, 3R, Poka Yoke, Kaizen, 8 Wastes,7qc tools, 5S, LOB, Lean manufacturing ISO9001:2015, MS Office

Industry Preferred:

Charger, Mobile and other electronics industry will be preferred

Qualification:

Diploma or B.tech with good communication Skill…
