#Skills

1.Handle customer complaints & query.

2.Record customer complaints & customer return data.

3.Communicate with related functional department, co-ordinate find out the quality failure reason with relevant departments to give improvement plan.

4. Responsible for monitoring the risk, severity, range and influence of the problem.

5.Ensure all QC and QA disciplined and doing their KRA.

6.Take the follow up for raw material quality issues.

7.Ensure line stoppage as per "Line stoppage" rule for any CTQ issues.

8.Ensure training for new employee of Quality department (IPQC and QA) as per Customer ,Process & product request.

9.Lead customer audits, discussion with DRI in meeting room, made the MOM and share the closure report to SQA.

10.Made new project documents , while trial phase ensure all the customer request has been fullfilled & take closure for quality top-03 issues.

11.Weekly line Audits w.r.t. QCP , Safety file & Customer previous findings.

12.QA/IPQC/IQC/RTE documents creating & updating.

13. Successfully implementation of change management i.e. ECN/PCN ,communicated to customer & if required han send 01 sample also.

14.Customer Reports (Daily, Weekly and Monthly) as per customer requirements.

15.Made disposition action for exception case like customer return & IQC reject material & process major issues.
