Must have Experience Required: 6-7 years of experience as a Sr. Assembly Engineer in Machine Manufacturing/ Automation Industries.
Location- Greater Noida
Role & responsibility
A Engineer Team leader of Assembly department in FAPL is a person who will responsible for the in-house production, assembly of projects & supervision of workers. And also responsible for Machine dispatch within targeted timelines.
Job Responsibilities:
● Arrange/ attend project review meeting for clarity.
● Managing assembly within project timelines and delay intimation to Projects/Senior (if any).
● Inform issues regarding Design, Quality, Project store to respective department for resolution.
● Check project document files/ job cards during assembly/ prior dispatch.
● Solve technical/ non-technical issues during assembly & monitor, highlight them to relevant dept. for rectification.
● Indent consumables/ non consumables (tools, wooden material, packing material etc.) for project.
● Provide suggestions/ Kaizen/ innovations to HOD/ senior.
● Reduce man-hours for assembly, packing & dispatch and suggest ways to reduce the consumable/ auxiliary material cost.
● Analyse site issues relevant to assembly department & resolution for future projects.
● Delegate project to engineers/ technician (TL).
● Educate team on Technical/ non-technical/ departmental process trainings.
● Coordination/ communication with other departments as per their project related work.
Educational Qualification:
Min. Requirement: B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering
Preferred Requirement:
Experience Required:
Required 6-7 years of experience as a Sr. Assembly Engineer in Machine Manufacturing/ Automation Industries.
Skills Required:
● Strong knowledge of assembly drawing / layout reading.
● Should be aware of all mechanical measurement tools.
● Manpower handling & teamwork.
