-Lean implementer(5s, Kaizen, Poka-yoka etc...)
-VSM
-Daily work Management
-Problem-solving in QC, 8D methodology
-Candidate must know the safety-related process
-Basic welding( MIG)
-NDT
-Lean coordinator
-WMS
-Lean Six Sigma ( Yellow, Black belt)
