We are hiring for Asst. Manager / Manager (Female) - HR (Generalist Role) in Jaipur. Immediate joiner is preferable.
Job Responsibilities:
· Handling End to end Recruitment Life cycle from pre-screening to on- boarding of the candidate.
· Requirement gathering and analysing from different Departments.
· Resourcing, screening, and shortlisting resumes through various job portals /internal reference and headhunting.
· Aligning levels of interviews of the shortlisted candidates with respective RA / HOD / Management on different platforms. Salary negotiation, Document collection, reference check and on-boarding formalities.
· Capable in developing/acquiring various domain knowledge/ profile expertise/ understanding to hire the best suited talent.
· Manage End-to-end Employee Lifecycle, handling grievances, plan and execute employee engagement activities.
· On-boarding candidates with Organizing Induction and required interaction with concerned authorities and team.
· Handle employee Disciplinary cases - Follow policy
· Identify low performers and manage Performance Improvement Plan.
· Assist in taking performance appraisal / feedbacks, analysing the appraisals and coordinating the whole PMS process till updation of increments in Payroll software and other findings in “PMS outcome sheet”.
· Conduct one on one meetings and Manage employee grievances and counselling.
· Conduct employee of the month, long term awards, fun games & Festival Celebrations at work.
· Conduct and coordinate trainings, taking after training feedbacks, further actions need to be taken.
Required experience - 4 to 7 years
Salary up to 42 k - 45 k
