The person should be have from sheet metal Industry.
Job Description
1.Knowledge of Sheet Metal Part /Processes and its Abnormality Occurrence and Actions.
2. Knowledge of Welding parts /Processes and its Abnormality Occurrence and Actions.
3. Knowledge of Tooling ,Jig and Fixture.
4. Can Ensure Incoming , In process and Final Quality.
5. Control of Non-Conformity product /Action Initiation and Implementation at shop.
6 Customer Complain Handling
7 Involvement in New Product Development
8. Gauges /Equipment/ Instruments usage knowledge.
9 Knowledge of GD&T, PFMEA,SPC,MSA,PPAP,APQP,IATF,ISO,EHS.
10.Customer Audits/Internal /External IATF 16949 assessment Handling.
11 CAPA/8D Knowledge
12 Presentation Skills
13. Monitoring , Measurement and Action Initiation for Achieving the Quality Objective.
14 .Conduct Trainings
15 Kaizen Activity
16.Ability to Handle Team
17 Can Make Improvement Plan to enhance the Quality.
