Position- Sr. Engineer Quality 

Qualification- B.Tech

Note:- Only SMT Quality Engineer can apply not Production/Assembly candidate

Experience- 3-6 years in same field

Roles and responsibilities:-

- Responsible for the quality of manufacturing process of the whole life cycle of the mobile phone project

- Responsible for the quality of structure and manufacturing process related to trial production and mass production stages of mobile phone products including quality planning , control and promote quality improvement 

- Responsible for organize and review improvement of failures and complaints related to the market and manufacturing process

- Analyze and organize the process data and market data of defects and participate for process construction and improvement

- Clear thinking logic ,able to adhere to the principle of quality and pay attention to team work

Technical Skills & Capabilities:-

- Expertise in problem-solving tools like 7QC tools, 5-Why Analysis and 8D

- Mobile electronics- and structure-related knowledge  

- Familiar with SPC and FMEA method and other quality tools, good at promoting quality improvement project. Can apply data analysis tools to refine the production data and good to found and identify in advance production quality problem

- Familiar with Formulation of Quality Standard and Inspection Plan

- Logical thinking and can adhere to the principle of quality

- Good Leadership and team management experience

- Familiar with Quality planning and execution
