Urgent vacancy for Plant Head .

DEPARTMENT : PRODUCTION

DESIGNATION : PRODUCTION MANAGER

 Education : Degree or Diploma in Plastic / Polymer / CIPET Engg

 Experience : 10 yrs to 15 yrs in plastic injection molding

Location : Nasik

KEY PURPOSE

 Achieve cost effective production consistently.

 Effective shop management.

 Adhering to production plans given by planning.

 KPI monitoring & achieving as per given targets

 Ensure timely standard quality and planned operations (Molding and other

allied operations ) are achieved through optimal utilization of 5M.

 Ensuring that the production is economical.

 Ensure effective implementation MSES/ ISOTS / EMS / OSHAH systems.

 Track competencies of all subordinates and provide leadership, training and

development as required to achieve the objectives.

 Implement and drive continuous improvement activities through

implementation of change management process and best practices like Lean /

Kaizen / 5S.

 Coordination and value addition with NPD team.

 Preparation of monthly operational report.

 Attending and ensuring that there are no quality remarks from auditor.

 Bench marking manufacturing practices
