Responsibilities :
Reviewing production processes, specifications and related information.
Designing production processes that maximizes efficiency .
Developing and implementing process improvements and technological upgrades.
To study the production processes thoroughly to derive the yield and the process losses.
Designing layout of facilities and determining the personnel requirements.
Implementing tools like Time and Motion study to decide on cycle time of manual operations and decide on labor costs based on piece rate.
Must be familiar with fabrication processes ( Welding Shop )
To establish the cycle time of Weld Shop , Injection Moulding, Assembly shop to enhance productivity.
Create documentation and work instructions for production and distribution.
Designing the control system to minimize costs and production issues.
Requirements:-
BE / Diploma in Industrial Engineering.
Experience of working in the Weld Shop / Injection Moulding process.
Should have strong analytical and thinking skills.
Should have min. 5 to 6 years of working experience.
Advance knowledge of production machinery, processes and standards.
Proficiency in MS-Office and AutoCAD.
