We are looking for “ SMT Production- Supervisor".
Company: German base MNC.
Location: Pune
Education: Degree in Electronic/Mechanical Engineering.
Experience: 3 to 4 Years electronic automotive domain.
CTC: INR 3- 4lakh
Job responsibilities:
- Knowledge of SMT processes such as solder paste printing, pick and place machines, reflow ovens, and vision systems is must.
- Establish daily, weekly, and monthly goals and communicate them to employees.
- Establish workflows by assigning responsibilities and setting up schedules.
- Provide guidance and coaching to employees, monitoring their productivity.
- Maintain equipment by overseeing safe use and scheduling maintenance.
- Verify production output is in accordance with specifications.
- Identify efficiency issues and propose improvements.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety guidelines and company standards.
- MS Office experience is a must
- Interpersonal skills and strong communication abilities.
- Responsible for OEE and productivity. improvement.
