Passed out Batch in (2021 & 2022) from Top T1 & T2 College/University

Job Descriptions: 

 Driving continual improvement activity at plant level. 

 Participating in external award competitions for company recognition. 

 Plant level 6S drive to increase 6S compliance across all departments. 

 Driving strategic projects with different departments and help project teams to complete projects with DMAIC approach. 

 Building Kaizen culture in company by involving root level associates of company. 

 Improvement drive within the quality department with out of box solutions for coronial issues. 

 conducting R&R program with HR to motivate improvement drive like 6S, Kaizen. 

 Conducting training across all departments to enable continual improvement culture. 

 Preparation of quality reports daily, weekly & monthly. 

 Managing Shift operations 

 Coordination with stakeholders 

  Desired Skills and Competencies 

    

- Good knowledge of Quality tools 

- Strong Analytical skills 

- Good presentation skills
