JD:

· Responsible for Scheduling arrival of ordered material on timing.

· Responsible for Costing, Negotiation On Basic Price, Cost Compare. Of Active-Passive Components. 

· Costing analysis of Packaging material, Capital / Consumable discuss with vendor, and co-ordinates.

· Cost making / Costing, Price negotiation/ Cost analysis, for raw material and maintain record   

      with relevant suppliers.

· Planning, Consumption analysis, Scheduling for material, Purchase Order making on ERP (ORACLE) , Provide Way Bill to Respective supplier or logistics.

· Vendor Management: - Develop vendors as per the proposer request, signing the contract, placing POs and ensure the timing delivery of material.

· Well known with the Delivery (DDU, DDP, CIF, FOB, ExW) and payment term (IDC, TT).

· Material Management: - controlling material demand and forecast for daily consumable and machine elements.

· Invoicing: - Submission of vendor’s invoice in finance and ensure the payment should be delivered on time.

· Experience in Import purchase, planning and verification of shipping document, especially experience in buying raw material.

Basic knowledge of DGFT, CBIC, ICEGATE, BOE Filling and clearance process
