JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Daywise production planning and execution.  

2. Able to handle 80-100 nos. manpower.   

3. Assembly line Loss monitoring , analysis and approach for loss reduction.   

4. Ability to manage high standard of 5S on shop Floor.   

5. 4M change follow up and documentation to run Assembly Lines Systematically.   

6. Monitoring and implementation of action plan to reduce inprocess rejection.   

7. Daily Line efficiency/OEE monitoring.    

8. Productivity improvement through Kaizens.   

9. Aware about Assembly line balancing techniques.   

10. Follow up with internal department for smooth production.   

11. Daily dispatch adherence.   

12. Good Knowledge of Internal/External Audits (IATF).   

13. Safety measures adherence and audits.

Other Requirements:

- Quality oriented approach.

- Basic Understanding of TPM Approach.   

- Good hands-on MS office, knowledge of SAP 

- Problem solving Positive attitude.

- Good communication skills
