Production engineer/ Shift Engineer

Job Title Production Engineer/Shift incharge

1.     Diploma in plastic, mechanical or production engineering with min 4 to 6 yrs. experience handling Plastic Injection Moulding machine.

2.     Expert knowledge of injection moulding process &Sound understanding of the lean manufacturing

3.     Mold Validation and training for workers Good in man power handling.

4.     Excellent analytical skills Expertise in MS Excel.

5.     Handle production as per plan and shop floor activities of Injection Moulding.

6.     SOP Implementation and filing DPR. 

7.     Ensuring production and process as per SOP.

8.     Daily/weekly/monthly objective & communicate to employees, proper

 utilization of manpower, shift management preparing schedules, training,

 Safety, production output as per specification, reports on performance increase Productivity, suggestions-improvements related to process-

 

 

1.     Desired Skills sets ; Product process flow, Leadership qualities, knowledge of m/c, Manpower handling, result oriented Hardworking, dynamic and enjoy challenges 

2.     Good Communication & computer skills 

3.     Ready to stay near the company or ready for relocation.
