We have an urgent opening for our leading company @ Energy Electric Vehicle (Udaan).

 

Position: - Plant Head/Production Head 

Location:-Sonipat (Haryana)

Experience: - 8-10 Years

Preferred Industry: - Automobile Manufacturing Industry

Qualification: - Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering

CTC: - 1000000 to 1200000 p.a.

1.      Responsible to entire plant Operations including Process Management, Quality Assurance, Improvement Process, Vendor development, Materials management, Quality control, plant engineering, New product development, Design & production of tooling etc.

2.      Complete erection and commissioning, testing, trials and final handover within defined cost and time parameters.

3.      Managing production cost and to reduce the manufacturing cost by technics, Waste elimination and planning.

4.      Elimination of Defects by following Root cause analysis, countermeasures and sustenance of Countermeasures.

5.      Responsible for setting-up the complete production unit and all plant related functions including paint shop, fabrication, metal work etc. 

6.      To maintaining documents and records, analysis and plan workforce requirement.

7.      Plan, monitor and achieving monthly Production target. 

8.      Must have technical mind-set, excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills & Project Management skills.
