JOB Description-
Formulate and implement HR policy for the Organization.
Recruitment via online portals & social media
Induction & hand holding of employees
Time & Attendance, Roaster Management
Leave Management, Payroll Management
Statutory Compliances.
KRA, Goals Setting & Appraisal in HRMS
Employee engagement & Grievances handling
Create a culture for sustainable high performance through comfortable environment for all employees
Ability to manage HR team.
Candidate- MBA / PG in Human resources with 7-10 Years of experience in HR Leadership role. (M/ F)
Communication Oral & Written
English & Hindi
Should be able to handle 150-200 employees.
Computer Proficient in MS office, Google drive etc.
Biometrics software's like Essel etc.
Payroll management HRMS software's like Keka etc.
Timings 10:15 am to 7:30 pm
