Experience : 2 to 5 years
Job Description:
1.Crafting creative Job postings and mailers so as to attract active and passive candidates.
2.Screening and sourcing of suitable profiles through different sourcing channels i.e, Job portals, Networking, head hunting, social media etc. 3.Calling suitable candidates as per the role fitment and lining up them for the interview round.
4.End to end client coordination starting from understanding the position till onboarding of the candidate.
5.Managing the sourcing trackers, candidate’s database and daily/weekly reports.
6.Providing administrative support as and when required.
