Role -
Group Leader – In process Audit Quality Operations
Responsibility
* Overall responsible for the process audit process.
* Ensure effective implementation of all the quality standard requirements.
* Review JES, SOS, SOP, KYT, STS, TIS, PFMEA, PSR.
* Process audit from start of end of manufacturing process.
* Drive for closure for All shop Process audit observations & QCOS audit observation with all stake holders.
* Identify potential customer concerns and initiate ICA & PCA.
* Strengthen process audit system with technological upgradation.
* Conduct layered audits as per schedule.
* Lead new launch readiness as per launch glide path.
* Ensure Implementation of MGPS Requirements on shop floors.
* Prepare Daily report of Quality update in coordination with CFT.
* End of Line equipment process audit
* Critical issue (Observations) sharing to Quality & Mfg. Leadership.
* Vehicle Build card Designing & Ordering
* Safety Management in Shop Floor.
* Training, Kaizens and improvements in Shop floor.
Candidate-
* BE/B. Tech (electrical/mechanical) with 3-8 years of experience in Preferably OEM / Auto sector . Paint process knowledge is must.
* Sound knowledge of cars and assembly process, quality and manufacturing, Process audit & QCOS audit
