Description:
1. Prior Experience of at least 3 years in Construction Equipment Machinery (CEM) industry for products like, Wheel Loader, Motor Grader, Hydraulic Excavators, Soil Compactors, Dozers, Forklifts. Etc..
2. Having knowledge of working principle, diagnosis, trouble shooting of related (CEM) machinery
3. Hands on experience and thorough knowledge in hydraulics system in (CEM) and engine of machines working and problem solving.
4. Able to find RCA of field issues
5. Drawing, hydraulic circuit & electrical circuit understanding
6. Responsible for field failure analysis and corrective actions
7. Customer complaint data analysis
