Job description
· Responsible for effectively closure of all matters in relation to Direct Tax, International Taxation and Expatriate Taxation.
· Experience in Handling Income Tax Assessment (Domestic and Transfer Pricing) and to submit all response and provide required documents to income tax Authority in time.
· To ensure4 TDS/TCS related compliances and prepare reconciliation between expense with TDS deducted and Income with form 26AS.
· Preparation of advance tax computation and Deferred Tax Computation. Obtain lower rate certificate as per requirement by submitting all desired documents and follow up with TDS department.
· Handling Tax Audit and Transfer Pricing Audit and Ensure proper filling of Income Tax Return (ITR) with Proper details. Responsible to ensure completion of Tax Audit/TP audit in time by resolving all issues.
· Data preparation and submission for CBCR Reporting & Master File. And filling of different forms which are applicable to company in relation to Master file and CBCR Reporting.
· Responsible for filling of other tax forms (i.e. Form 60/61A/61B)
· Responsible for verification of all agreements with related parties from Tax and Accounting Point.
· Data preparation for Transfer Pricing Study (including for Advance Pricing Agreements “APA”) and documentation. Identifying different methods to avoid litigation and for proper tax planning.
· Data preparation & Submission for APA Arrangement. Responsible for providing response while submission and discussion with APA authority
· Verifying PE (permanent establishment) related issues and to make appropriate arrangement with documentation to mitigate such circumstances.
· Should have knowledge of expatriate taxation
· Should have experience in expatriate payroll and NOC related matters
· Appropriate arrangement to provide salary in different ways to expatriate personnel and prepared effective expatriate tax computations. Responsible for completion of tax assessment for expats.
· Should have knowledge of Asset Accounting , Capitalisation as per Ind As
· Should prepare projected tax planning based on various criteria
· Should have understanding on handling capex budget.
· Responsible for Asset management. Implementation of policies and plan for Proper tracking of all Assets and set process for controlling Assets.
To deal with various stakeholders for smooth resolution of issues
· Involved in implementation of SAP at company level.
