Engineer/Sr. Engineer -Vehicle Assy. Quality ( Electrical Parts ) Location - Indore

Leading OEM in Automobile Sector   

Role: Shift-wise supervision of Vehicle Assy Line for Electrical Parts and its function.

    

Details of the Job :

1.      Shift-wise allocation of Manpower

2.      Stage wise assembly line audit for Electrical Parts.

3.      Layout inspection of new model, DMN & PRN. 

4.      Analysis of defect reported in assembly line & implementation of corrective action.

5.      Preparation of weekly reports.

6.      Preparation of QA report

7.      Preparation of 8D report.

8.      IATF documentation.

    

Skill-

· Administration of shift activity.

· Manpower handling

· Analysis of defect reported in vehicle assy. Line.

· Implementation of suggestions

· Technical knowledge, Team management & good communication skill. 

· Desired Skills for the Role: Positive attitude, E mail communication /Knowledge about TS documentation.

     

Candidate- BE / Diploma in Electrical / Electronics with 3-8 years of experience in Electrical Parts quality ( Vehicle Assembly line.)

Good technical experience in defect analysis and trouble shooting.
