Roles & Responsibilities:

Leading Customer Support
1. Liasioning with Customer in case of Customer Concerns.
2. Feedback from customer end on daily basis.
3. CAPA formation along with CFT against the problems faced at customer end
4. Ensure dispositions of customer rejections.
5. Ensure closing of NC's of audits within 7 working days.
6. Ensure standardization of recommended actions.
7. Quality tracker updating on daily basis.
8. Execution and closure of customer audit points. 
9. Analysis of Customer Return Samples.
10. Zero repetitive complaints by improving CA score of last three year complaints Implement Poka yoke 
11. No surprise/bulk rejections from customer by improving communication/relationship.
12. Final inspection of parts ( which directly goes to customer ) to be improved by adding customer touch points.
13. PFMEA revision of customer claims.

Other Requirement :
1. Must have a knowledge of IATF Audit.
2. Should be presentable & communication skills.
3. Must have good hands on MS Office.
