Position: Head HR (India Operation) – Female Candidate

Job Location: Pune (Ranjangaon)

Education & Experience: Full time Post Graduation from premium institute like IIM, XLRI, SP Jain, Narsee Munjee, TISS, SIBM, SCM-HRD, MHROD (DSE) with 15 - 22 years. Should be a stable career oriented, through professional HR practitioner.

Responsibilities & Desired Profile:

Responsible for entire HR gamut to lead the factories, R&D center and corporate HR.

Candidate should have a stable career.

Candidate should have worked in a large manufacturing setup and corporate also.

Passionate about work, excellent communication skills and ability to communicate across the levels.

Strong exposure about strategic HR contributing towards business.

Should have analytical skills along with innovative/creative approach to challenge the status-quo and drive HR towards more effective way of working.

Acumen to understand and visualize future HR challenges and formulate policies to support business.
