Responsibilities-
* Responsible for new production line setups.
* Understand the product and its manufacturing requirement.
* Plan the facilities like Conveyor, Tooling's & Fixtures to be used for production line.
* Process planning, Machine selection.
* Process establishment. Prove out.
*Machine layout
*Jigs, fixtures and other tooling finalization.
* Design & development of Material movement trolleys , baskets etc
* Finalization of working stations, Manpower planning
* Establish the best manufacturing processes .
* handover the facilities to Manufacturing dept after successful trials and prove out of complete process.
Candidate-
* BE/ Diploma in Mechanical Engg with 4-6 years of experience working in PED dept of an Auto Components Industries preferably with Sheet Metal and Plastic components manufacturing.
* Good knowledge of Quality system requirements.
* Knowledge of manufacturing processes and productionising the product with good quality requirement.
* Knowledge of Auto Cad/ Modelling
* Good Communication& presentation skill.
