We are hiring Senior Account Executive (Taxation)

JOB DESCRIPTION JOB TITTLE:

Candidate must have manufacturing company experience.

GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE POSITION

Compliance & Litigation under Direct and Indirect Taxes- GST and Income Tax while aligning with the business processes.

JOB FUNCTIONS

- Establishment and implementation of taxation system according the company situation

- Calculation, Preparation & Online Submission of GST Returns (GSTR1, GST 3B,)

- Checking, verifying and depositing of various direct and indirect taxes before their due dates.

- Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly reconciliation of Tax Ledgers in Books of Accounts with Returns.

- Co-ordination with Accounts and other Departments for collection of data / information required for Tax compliance.

- Coordinating with various teams to verify tax data and ensure timely filing of GST returns.

- Timely compiling and preparation of data for Transfer Pricing compliances

- Statutory audits finalization preparation of provisional computations, tax computation and reconciliation of tax accounts (indirect tax).

- Preparation of submissions for Assessments and on-going litigations at various levels

- Be aware about any chance or update in Income Tax, Transfer Pricing, etc.

- Draft the appeal and reply the authorities notices, Handling the tax matter with auditor from authority

- Other related work arranged by manager.
