Position :Engineer/Sr. Engineer

Location- Gr. Noida

Days of work- 6 WFO

Education : B.Tech 

Job description:

1) Participate in the detailed execution of the work plan.

2) Verify the status and operating procedures of the company through a systematic program of audits. 

3) Identify, recommend and resolve improvements of supplier management

4) Find implementation problems and promote suppliers to actively implement review improvement measures

5) Support new projects to ensure supplier quality meets the required structural parts quality control targets

6) Delivering training to supplier when required of quality awareness, QMS and related topics

7) Promote the use of preferred techniques for continuous improvement such as Lean, Six sigma, Pokayoke and Process Failure 8) Mode and effects analysis (PFMEA)

9) Work with Cross-functional teams in new project issue solving or for sorting out common issues related to management at supplier end.

10) Work on supplier capability enhancement and sorting out supplier management issues

Job Requirements:

1) Have basic knowledge and experience of manufacturing and production process of structural parts, risk assessment and process optimization capabilities.

2) Familiar with ISO9001 QMS requirements.

3) Sound knowledge of quality system methodologies like basic quality tools, PFMEA, Six Sigma and other quality control standards. 

4) Good analytical and communication skill and team awareness, must be sensitive to quality issues.

5) Know the basics of supplier chain management.

6) Agree with the company's Benfen culture, Serious and rigorous work and strong execution.
