looking for a Candidate for Indirect Purchase

Hi all,

We are looking for a Candidate for Indirect Purchase for Haier Appliances India Pvt. Ltd., a Manufacturing Company situated at Ranjangaon, MIDC in Pune.

Experience: 1-3 Years

Roles & Responsibilities:

·        Must have experience of vendor development and knowledge about vendor base around Pune.

·        Evaluate requirement of User dept.

·        Circulate RFQ to Potential suppliers

·        Search new suppliers / alternate vendor for existing and new requirement.

·        Compare Quotations and negotiate.

·        Make Techno commercial comparison and present for approvals.

·        Knowledge of SAP MM Module. Proficient in Excel and formula’s.

·        Follow-up with User Dept. for agreement execution with selected supplier

·        Make PO as per approved price & budget

·        Make payment request to Finance as per agreed terms.

·        Regular follow up to received material on time in full.

·        E- Documentation management, on time project execution, cost competitiveness, execution within budget, scheduling of material, lead-time optimization, target saving , sound knowledge of import purchase and process. 

·        Major Local Purchase Material:- all NON BOM item i.e. Safety PPE, Admin Material, Utility Spares, Capital Purchase, MRO Items(Maintenance/Repairs/Operation), IT Spares and services, consumables, Fuel- Diesel and LPG, New parts development.

Bus and Canteen Facility is available.

Relevant experience will be preferred.
