Job Description:
Processing Accounts Payable and Receivable.
Preparing general accounting.
Preparing Monthly MIS (Sale & Purchase grouping segment wise, all expenses and income statement).
Maintaining fixed assets register details and monthly depreciation calculation.
Inter Unit Branch Reconciliation.
Bank Reconciliation.
Inventory Valuation Raw Material and Finished Goods.
Preparing and filling of GST Return- GSTR-1 & 3B.
Reconciliation ITC with GSTR-2A.
Preparation and filling of Annual Return and GST Audit- GSTR-9 & 9C.
Preparation and filling TDS Return.
Deposit timely all Govt. Statutory Dues; TDS, GST and Advance Tax.
Follow-up with Banker’s for routine work.
Internal & Statutory Audit support and query solve.
Preparing Stock Statement for Bank.
Preparation M-Sips data for Claim and filling QPR.
Preparation of financials (Balance Sheet and P&L) with Manager.
Preparation data for Sales & Income Tax assessment.
Managing all necessary accounting.
Note: Candidate should have the knowledge of SAP.
