We are looking for Manufacturing Engineer..!

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Industrial Engineering

• 2 to 3 years’ experience.

• Automotive Domain.

• Time study, Motion study, Method Study, Hands on Experience in MOST will be added advantage. 

• Hands on Experience in SAP MM & PP module

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Time study of process setup, Line balancing

• Line verification during Pilot/PPR. 

• Continuous/line flow of production processes 

• Reduction in changeover time for production set-up

• In-House Kaizen, Poke-Yoke & Continuous Improvement  activities 

• SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) for all work stations 

• Reduction in through put time 

• Identify needs of jigs & fixtures & implemented same on shop floor

• Responsible for LCA (Low Cost Automation) projects for productivity improvisations.

• Preparation of Process Flow chart, PFMEA, Visual Aids etc.

• Creation of BOM, Routing in SAP.

• Material master data creation & maintenance.

REQUIREMENTS

• Previous experience as a manufacturing engineer or similar role

• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and jig fixture design

• Well-versed in relevant software (e.g. CAD, MS Office)

• Project management skills.

• Teamwork.
