Job Description:
Production planning and Manpower planning.
Machine/Tool maintenance requirements.
Riveting machining working understanding & machine trouble shooting .
Knowlwdge of Tool Setting & Machine Settings
Understanding poka yoke monitoring
Shop Floore Safety & PPE's, Daily 5S maintain.
Kaizen activity and suggestion scheme understanding
Knowledge of Basic instruments
Responsible for filling KPI board previous data.
Prompt action to be taken for customer problem & inform to Quality Team
Adhering monthly schedule vs supply & plan for daily.
Provide training to new join manpower.
Reduce of M/C breakdown.
Reply of QPR reised by quality.
Arrangement of tool at machine on time.
Daily / hourly production report update.
Ensure that all trolly are moving with proper tag flled & to correct next location.
Daily plan allocation to production.
Daily morning/evening meeting with operators.
Updation the tool control boards and ensure that tools are placed in their proper location.
Ensure the production plan vs actual must be 95%.
Check the log book with day updations & ensure that data is filled properly
Daily machine wise plan allocation.
Ensure that all parts trolly are moving with proper tag filled & to correct next location.
Inform the concerned person for any pressline stoppage & take necessary action.
Ensure that no set up rejection/other rejections mixed with ok parts.
Ready the production for next shift (all tool loading/trolly availability).
Skills :
Good knowledge of sheet metal, plastics, rubber industries / process.
