*Urgent Requirement for Quality Control Engineer and Supplier Quality Control Engineer Post at Khandala, Satara Location*

*1. Post -Quality Control Engineer*

*Work Experience Requirement* - 4 To 6 years 

*Skill Requirement* - 

1. Certified auditor/Knowledge of IATF 16949:2016 & QMS

2. SPC,MSA,APQP,PPAP, 8D(Root Cause Analysis), GD &T

3. Instrument/Gauges calibration process (internal/external) & Also handling all types of Gauges and instrument

4. Recipient parts inspection & Layout Inspection

5. Knowledge about mentioned process - casting process ( C.I. , Aluminum, die cast, Gravity ) Machining, sheet metal and forging parts.

6. Process & Product audits

7. Containment action Root cause analysis & corrective action on quality defect (8D/DAPA/CAPA)

8. PPM calculation/Monthly evaluation of supplier performance and daily rejection data monitoring

9. Complete on time any other duties /assignment given by senior's

10. Good English communication skill

11. Expert to use MS excel power point MS word

*Qualification Required*

Diploma in Machanical Or BE Mechanical

*2. Post -Quality Control Engineer*

*Work Experience Requirement* - 6 To 8 years 

*Skill Requirement* - 

1. Certified auditor/Knowledge of IATF 16949:2016 & QMS

2. SPC,MSA,APQP,PPAP, 8D(Root Cause Analysis), GD &T

3. Knowledge about mentioned process - casting process ( C.I. , Aluminum, die cast, Gravity ) Machining, sheet metal and forging parts.

4. Supplier evaluation/upgradation/assessment audit for selection of new supplier.

5. Supplier Process & Product audits

6. Containment action Root cause analysis & corrective action on quality defect (8D/DAPA/CAPA)

7. Monthly submission of action /improvement plan to senior' s for reduce cost of poor quality and improve supplier quality performance.

8. Maintain supplier PPM level below target through improvement

9. Supplier PPAP and approval (PSW sign off)

10. Visit frequently at respective suppliers for quality improvement

11.complete on time any other duties/ Assignments given by seniors. 

10. Good English communication skill

11. Expert to use MS excel power point MS word
