Opening for Incoming material Inspection Specialist (Russian)

Location: Bangladesh

Qualification: BE Mechanical

1.Verification of purchased products is carried out in order to check the

conformity of products as per the design requirements / Gost codes.

2. Once materials received in RNPP- PCTL / PCTL MIL JV premises, storing of

materials as per the technical data sheet (TDS).

3. Verify the Name, brand, Heat no., Lot no., Quality certificates,

manufacturing Code complies with design requirement / Gost.

4. Visual inspection of raw materials and with equipment’s if applicable and to

identify if any non-conformities of materials, decision on suitability of the

product for further use.

5. Requesting for ASE / BACE for incoming materials inspection as per the

procedure, after inspection, sampling of materials for testing.

6. Registering of claims or complaints for non-conformity products, preparing

documents and recording it and can be track able, whenever required.

7. Sampling of materials as per the Gost requirements with seal, sign,

dimensions, sampling documents, tag with signs, number of samples,

volume of samples etc. whichever is applicable.

8. Delivery of materials for testing in lab, third party or in-house testing

whichever is applicable in sealed condition with supporting documents.

9. Inviting ASE / BACE through request for witness for testing, if it’s tested

inside RNPP in third party lab or in house lab.

10. After receiving the signed protocol from lab dept., preparing the technical

solution, if required as per Gost.

11. Preparing FK1 with approved protocol, supporting documents and

submission to ASE & BACE for approval.

12. Informing departments about quality of purchased products, weather

acceptable or rejected.
