·        Roles and Responsibilities: 

1) Make an action plan to reduce EOL PPM

2) Ensure Zero customer and Warranty complaints due to Mfg. Process

3) Ensure all final inspectors are continually trained to improve the skill

4) Make action along with the SQA team to ensure child parts quality issues in Mfg. process in zero

5) Do process audit and identify the gap to improve the standard (CP )

6) Coordinate with NPD quality team to ensure LL (Lesson Learned) from current process/product is implemented in New Production / Process during the development stage

7) Ensure all Change management is implemented (Both ECN and PCN) are Mfg. the process through a systematic way
