If you can refer a TV-Production Head candidate must have experience in Home Appliances Industry.

Experience: - 7-13 Years

Location- Ranjangaon Pune.

Preference- Candidate must have Product knowledge 

Candidate prefer from Pune location, Bus and canteen facilities available

Roles and Responsibilities:

1.         Production Achievement as per the daily and Monthly Plan. 

2.         Improve Daily 6S In the Shop floor. 

3.         Reduce Daily Rejection and Scrap Rates in the Department. 

4.         Maintain all ISO, IMS related Documents. 

5.         Machine Audit once in a week and necessary Preventive Maintenance should be ensured with Maintenance Dept. 

6.         My Machine concept to be implemented effectively

7.         Hourly production (UPH) monitoring and actions to be taken for any loss. 

8.         Daily disposal of scrap to be ensured. 

9.         Effective utilization of daily manpower and training of new manpower and ZERO accidents to be ensured. 

10.      Maintain Process, Quality parameters of Cab. Foaming Machine, CTS of the product. 

11.      Co-ordination with tool room, maintenance, PPC and Material Depts. For smooth Functioning.
