Executive / Sr. Executive –Quality Control Engineer

Department               : Quality 

Designation                : Executive / Sr. Executive –Quality Control Engineer 

Roles& Responsibilities:

1)     Include designing /implantation quality standards, inspecting materials, equipment, processes, and products.

2)     Developing quality control systems, and determining corrective actions.

3)     Testing systems and procedures to ensure they meet technical standards and creating quality and safety documentation.

4)     Resolve quality issues by identifying problems, examining solution options, implementing action plans, and providing resources.

5)     Carry out product and process auditing

6)     Solving problems in the shop floor by working closely with production people involved in fabrication, machining, assembly and testing areas.

7)     Quality checking of mfg parts during the processes, before packing & assembly.

8)     To maintain ISO, CE file of all project, team member for varies audits like CE,ISO 9001:2015 & Exova Warrington Audit etc.

9)  Quality management system implementation. Once in place, the QMS needs to be maintained and continually improved.

10)  Participated in meetings and discussions with clients and contractors regarding Material inspections.

11)  Making Daily plans of Inspections as per given Targets By Quality In charge / Reporting Manager.

12)  Checking the Job/ assemblies / parts on day to day basis . to monitor quality parameters as per the requirement of product & processes.

13)  Raw material/ Inward inspection as per std procedure .

14)  In process inspection , PDIR documentation, MTC, sample testing , stage approval for the internal processes. 

15)  Control on In-house rejection and rework, documentations of NC with root cause and corrective action plan .

16)  Implementation of 5S, Kaizen, Lean manufacturing etc

17)  Calibration Documentation & history card of all Machines, equipment's etc & to maintain the quality Data base.

18)  Inspects in- process Production by confirming specifications, conducting visual and measurement test. communication with Production supervisors to obtain the required quality std.

19)  Approves in process, finish assemblies at every Production stage with tagging and identifications.

20)  To submit the required Quality documents to other dept as per std .

21)  To conduct third party , client inspection visits as required. 

Qualification & Skills :

·        3-6 Year Experience in Quality Dept (Lean Manufacturing , 5s , Kaizen, ISO 9001 , documentation, SAP , MS office & client Interaction knowledge )

·        Experience Should be of Heavy manufacturing , Welding Process & Sheet metal Process.

·        Heavy Fabrication Company overall activities.

·        Skill in both verbal and written communication.

·        Flexible Approach To work and ability to Adopt to change.

·        Good Visual & Spatial Awareness.
