Department: SCM (Material Procurement Planning)

Experience : 3-5 years of Manufacturing industry

Qualification : B.Tech/ Diploma in Mechanical / Electronics / Diploma in Materials / MBA SCM

Purpose : Material Planning, procurement and inventory management of BOM Parts

Job Description: 

1. MRP run and parts procurement in line with Production plan. Scheduling and follow-up with local and overseas suppliers.

2. Maintain the Buffer Stock and total inventory level

3. Ensure "0" line stoppage due to non availability of materials.

4. Preparation of shortage reports and follow up with suppliers

5. Updation of BOM and ECN in system

6. MIS preparation, Gap analysis and report to Management.

7. Monitor and work with supplier to improve performance in tern of delivery, customer satisfaction

8. Co-ordination with cross functional departments and suppliers

9. Technical knowledge of Procurement process, Costing, ERP, MS Office, Material reconciliation, Inventory analysis
