We are urgently hiring for #Engineer.

Profile - Engineer (Purchase)

Location - Sector-63,Noida

Experience - 2-4 yrs

Target Industry - Automotive

Qualification - B.Tech, Diploma

Roles & Responsibilities...

1. Procurement of consumables, indented items, maintenance spares, bought out parts, oils and lubricants and general purchasing.      

2.  Responsible for Capacity Assessment of Existing as Well as New Sub-Con Suppliers.   

3. Cost Reduction of Components by Alternate Sourcing and Localization of parts, VA/VE or Renegotiation Goods Receipt Note Updating           

4. Supplier consolidation for cost reduction.     

5. Material planning and procurement as per requirement on monthly, weekly and daily basis to make sure Zero down time of production due to material.   

6. Lead for annual purchase value, which include purchases of direct and indirect material, commodity.    

7. Controlling Monthly performance ratings of suppliers.   

8. Maintain Max & Min level of all components and Inventory Control.      

9. Costing of New /Existing product.          

10. Daily stock monitoring for better procurement & Making and Forwarding Daily stock statement Raw Material, BOP & Packing Mat.      

11. Suppliers upgradation, Generating & forwarding Purchase Indents for Common consumable items.     

Additional Requirements..

1. Good Management Skills & MS Office.

2. Excellent in Communications.

3. Knowledge of SAP
