Job Opening for Assistant Manager/Sr Executive-NPD/PE/Production Engineering for Japanese MNC in Bawal (Haryana) Location, Salary Upto 6.5 Lak
Experience: Minimum 8 yr(s)
Qualification: B.tech (Any)
Skills Required
o Drive process capability and product quality assessment and continuous improvement
o Work towards standardization of Tools, machines and process
o Use of industrial engineering methodology to flag machine and man utilization and do analysis for gap with solutions
o Prepare and execute tool maintenance schedule.
o Carry out improvements in the tooling and fixtures to ease operations and reduce Non-Value Add activities
o MTTR/MTBF improvements due to tooling stoppages.
o Should be from auto sector, having good knowledge of process and tooling used in machining, Forming and Assembly used in manufacturing of Auto components
o Should have the knowledge of reputed suppliers and build network to work with them.
o Should have knowledge of latest software tools, should be technology savvy.
o Should have knowledge of lean manufacturing and cost saving approach.
o Knowledge of statistical tools and APQP tools is a MUST.
